The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making our visit unforgettable. The balcony view looked even better in person. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again!

The location is just top-notch, close to all the main sights in the center, walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are spacious, tidy, the beds are like sleeping on clouds, and the bathrooms are just stunning. The staff is seriously amazing, always there to help and recommend the best spots for dinner. I can't think of anything that was a bummer really. 🌟

Cereals, fruit, hardboiled eggs, slices of fresh bread and pastries were appetising and overall there was lots of food. The service was excellent, the personnel was always helpful and we had an easy check-in.

The hotel has a convenient location, close enough to major attractions, such as museums and landmarks, which allows for a comfortable and interesting walk; we could also get to the Arno river by foot. The room was very cozy and clean, had a nice decor, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of the room as well as the excellent service from the staff who was accommodating and friendly. The afternoon wine and snacks, as well as the personal concern taken with room decor, stand out as pleasant details that added to the overall experience.

The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options and the room was quiet and comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was also decent. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff's professionalism and willingness to assist made it a great experience. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the warm and friendly hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful and made us feel welcome. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was conveniently located near many popular attractions. We could easily walk to most places without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.
